Most efficient way to connect three network switches Networking.I am not sure where exxactly it is getting block. when I do tracert 8.8.8.8 it is reaching the IP from wifi client. But still I am unable to browse internet from wifi client. I have connected wifi clients to wifi router I can see IP is getting from Windows DHCP server including gateway and DNS. ![]() changed the Wifi router IP to one of the LAN IP, disabled DHCP in router connected cable to LAN port in wifi router to second NIC in physical machine. I have tried through bridge mode as well. ![]() If not what gateway are you giving your devices? If you want to keep the router as a fail safe, move it to before PfSense and use Pf for internal traffic, otherwise you're wasting the user of a good firewall.īack to your question, do both Wi-Fi and LAN connections get a gateway, if so, is the gateway the router and the PfSense box respectively? I dont understand why you are using PfSense then if you want to keep NAT and firewall with your router. ![]() ![]() I dont want to use in bridge mode.because If i enable bridge in my wifi router.few features I cant use it from wifi router.like NAT, Firewall, etc.
